What are you doing on Earth Hour?

I think I will bring my camera out and take people staying in dark places. I personally do not feel anything special about Earth Hour and am not going to be bothered with it. I won’t be at home so there is not lights to switch off.
This Earth Hour thingie has taken off big time. The company who markets this idea certainly had done well. Almost every restaurants, hotels, shopping malls and etc want to be part of this mania.
Sometimes, some well co-ordinated and much publicized mobile marketing can hit the big one. If you are into marketing and have never tried mobile advertising or anything like that, then, you should check out how the company has helped their clients with one of those mobile coupons.
Radios are promoting these. TV stations are even promoting these through radios as well. Mobile marketing product is taking off well. The younger generations are all into mobile and they do spent a lot of money on texting. So, what better way than to reach these groups with mobile marketing.
I am sure Earth Hour will receive some active participation with their aggresive marketing. But do they use mobile marketing too? Did anyone opt to receive reminders that it is time to switch off their lights?
