PC Fair is going on here in Penang at the PISA from 6-8th April 2007. We were there last night because my son wanted to get an MP4. Recently, the hands-me-down Creative Muvo MP3 from my eldest son which we bought two years ago from the PC Fair was stolen right in front of my #2 son’s eyes. A bunch of Mat Rempits just took it from his bag. Grrr…
I absolutely dislike going to PC Fair and such crowded places because we usually ended up squashed, squished and squeezed. However, we have noted what we want and therefore, easier to zoom in and get it.
We reached there at 8.30 pm because we have the impression that such event will close around 11 pm. However, we were wrong. By 9 pm plus, the main organiser has already started to switch off the lights, forcing the crowds to rush even more. Doh.
Anyway, we got what we wanted, a Creative Zen 2GB MP4. Maybe I will get my son to blog it on his Kamikaze-Skateboard blog when he has done with all the downloading and stuffs.
I also found out that Sony Vaio is giving away a lot of freebies! I just got mine about a month a week ago without all these. Ish. So, if you can wait for the next PC Fair, wait. We saved about RM100+ and also get freebies with the purchase of Creative Zen.
