I have been attending a lot of candlelight vigils. It is partly for the spirit of supporting the call for abolishment of the draconian law ISA and it is partly for fun.

I mean, if I am going to be part of the crowd, I might as well make full use of my time by taking some pictures and sharing it on my blog to bring awareness and also for information purpose. So, I had been enjoying myself with my ISO 1600 settings to get the shots of the candles flickering in the darkness.

Usually, I bring my cheap kit lens along as I do not know if I am going to get some water canon or something. Of course, all these candlelight vigils are perfectly peaceful, but you never know. And I am surprised that my camera has been acting well and I get some really nice shots that I am quite proud of with my Nikon D40 and its kits lens.
