My personal blog was hacked with Wordpress spam injection the other day.  So, the moment they release Wordpress 2.6, I was the first to grab the new version and upgraded all my blogs.

It has taken me two days to upgrade all the blogs due to the slow internet speed.  Remember, if you are experiencing problems with your connection, do not attempt or else you may cause your blog to crash and become inaccessible if some of your files are not uploaded.

So, this blog has been upgraded to Wordpress 2.6. Some features I like includes the word count, the segregation of the active and non-active plugins and well, I haven’t check out the rest of the features.

Upgrading was painless. Do upgrade your blog to the latest version for better security.
